Explosions In The Sky

One of my first projects was a Flash based website. Whilst at University I was amazed by the work of 2Advanced Studios and sought about learning Flash. Nowadays, I can't remember the last time I used Flash. Although there's still a lot of great Flash based websites, personally I prefer to avoid it and opt for a more accessible and SEO friendly approach using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

The site took inspiration from the album artwork inner sleeve 'The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place', using the tree with leaves on as the Navigation. As the user hovered over the leaves they gradually floated randomly down to the bottom of the page.
