Simon is this incredibly rare combination of insightful and curious developer, broad and extensive knowledge of front-end development techniques, and a real motivation to me in his ability to inject energy into a community. Simon would be a huge asset to any team and I'm a bit jealous of the one lucky enough to scoop him up.

After playing about with other /simonowendesign.co.uk/mother-effing-dotfiles (no longer online), I've now had a go with the .osx file.
These have been on my TODO list for a while, searching Google I couldn't really find any decent screencasts or thorough documentation for a n00b like me. I'd seen this page over at GitHub https://dotfiles.github.com/ and started by looking over some examples:
I love seeing how other developers work, normally I'll be like 'Hey, did you just do that?' and 'WTF was that you just did?'.
Watched this one by Paul Irish a while back, awesome stuff and more recently saw this post, again, awesomeness.
